Процедуру рецензування обов’язково проходять усі статті, що надходять до редакції збірника наукових праць «Приватне право і підприємництво».
1. Автор надає до редакції статтю, яка має відповідати вимогам збірника наукових праць та правилам підготовки статей. Рукописи, які не відповідають прийнятим вимогам, не допускаються до подальшого розгляду.
2. Для проведення рецензування статей залучаються члени редакційної колегії видання та наукові співробітники Науково-дослідного інституту приватного права і підприємництва імені академіка Ф. Г. Бурчака НАПрН України.
3. Рецензування проводиться конфіденційно за принципами double-blind рецензування (двостороннє «сліпе» рецензування, коли ні автор, ні рецензент не знають один про одного). Взаємодія між автором та рецензентами відбувається через відповідального секретаря журналу.
4. Після остаточного аналізу статті, рецензент надає підсумкові рекомендації.
5. Редакція електронною поштою повідомляє автору результати рецензування:
à прийнято до друку,
à прийнято до друку із зауваженнями,
à відхилено.
The procedure for review
The reviewing process is obligatory for all the articles coming to the editorial board of the Private Law and Entrepreneurship.
1. The author submits for editing an article that must meet the requirements of the collection of scientific works and the rules of article preparation. Manuscripts that do not meet the established requirements are not allowed to review.
2. For review articles involved members of the editorial board and researchers of the Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship named after FG Burcha.
3. Reviewing is conducted confidentially according to the principles of double-blind reviewing (two-way "blind" reviewing, when neither the author nor the reviewer know about each other). The interaction between authors and reviewers is through the executive secretary of the magazine.
4. After the final analysis of the article, the reviewer provides summary recommendations.
5. The editorial board shall notify the author of the results of the review by e-mail:
accepted for publication,
accepted for publication with comments,
rejected.
